I can consider controlled-use software enquiries only for a verified dedicated competition vehicle transported without using public roads, a documented export vehicle, or a vehicle that will remain permanently outside public-road use. SORN status or an “off-road use only” declaration does not by itself qualify a vehicle. I must review the intended use and supporting information before I quote or send a payment link. For road-going vehicles I offer diagnostics, DPF cleaning and regeneration where suitable, and compliant repair guidance. See the important information for full detail.

Some appointments, particularly longer-distance bookings, may require a deposit to secure the date; I will always confirm this before you pay. For an eligible £180 new-customer Stage 1 booking, the agreed deposit option is £30. It is deducted from the total, leaving £150 to pay by cash, bank transfer or card on the day of service. Cash cannot secure an appointment in advance. Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment for a deposit refund or transfer to a new date. If you cancel within 48 hours or do not attend, some or all of the deposit may be retained only to cover reasonable losses from the cancelled booking. If Myst Auto cancels or the service cannot go ahead, the deposit is refunded. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Your registration, make and model, year, engine size, fuel type, postcode and what you would like help with. I use these details to check compatibility and whether OBD, bench or boot access is required. I will confirm the method and price before you book or pay anything.

Eligible new customers can book a Stage 1 remap for £180 instead of the normal £230 price, subject to vehicle compatibility. First send your vehicle details; I will confirm compatibility, the programming method and the final price before sending the correct payment instructions. You can then pay the full £180 through PayPal, where PayPal may offer Pay in 3 to eligible customers subject to its approval. Alternatively, where agreed, you can pay a £30 booking deposit and the remaining £150 by cash, bank transfer or card on the day of service. Cash is accepted for the on-the-day balance but cannot secure an appointment in advance. Pay in 3 is not available with the deposit option. Myst Auto does not provide the credit or decide PayPal eligibility.
