Mobile economy ECU remapping: what to expect
An economy remap focuses on smoother throttle response and improved fuel efficiency rather than outright power. It suits vehicles doing high mileage, where saving fuel matters more than outright speed.
As with every remap I carry out, the software is rewritten specifically for your vehicle and its exact ECU version, not a generic file.

With diesel prices continuing to put pressure on running costs, getting more miles from the fuel you already buy can make a meaningful difference—especially for regular and high-mileage drivers.
My own Skoda Octavia improved from 48 MPG to 61 MPG. That is a 13 MPG increase, or approximately 27%. With the same amount of fuel and under comparable driving conditions, that means the full tank can take the car around 27% further.
This is one real-world example, not a guaranteed result. Actual economy depends on the car, engine condition, journey type, load, weather and driving style.
